WELCOME TO SAPA

An association formed to define and regulate the shared accommodation standard in London and the UK.

Our principal objective is to eradicate the scepticism that clouds the operations of shared accommodation providers by defining the industry and following legal guidelines. We supply information to different parties thus defining our role and strengthening our voice within today's booming property industry.

Shared Accommodation Providers are individuals and companies who manage or own properties. Rooms are rented individually to Tenants, Lodgers or Licensees who share facilities such as the bathroom, kitchen and living room.
